On a much more serious note, Lawlessness has been on the rise since Covid with more and more measures removing deterrents to crime. Police cannot chase a stolen car unless there is a danger to human life or violence.
Democratic-run cities are more difficult to do business in with higher taxes, migration, and homelessness. This also contributes to the rise in crime.
