MLK Day is no longer about the dream…but has risen to “we still have much to do.” Job creation from this DEI dream continues to get funded and staffed.MLK didn’t want special treatment…just opportunity. It has become a basis for reverse discrimination. Engineered Diversity will never get superior results.
